Storage

Mail domain → Manage on a mailbox. Manage this mailbox on behalf of its owner. Status pill on the right.

Box / button	What it does
Used of …	Space used, against its limit. Bar turns amber at 75%, red at 90%.
Size limit (MB)	Empty = unlimited. Taken from your mail allowance whether used or not.
Save limit	Applies.
Suspend this mailbox · Un-suspend	Status to suspended, or back to active. Nothing deleted.

Box / button	What it does
Reset password	New password. App passwords keep working.
This mailbox is compromised	Changes the password, revokes every app password, closes live connections. New password shown once.
Sign out all devices	Closes live connections. Password unchanged; a client that has it reconnects.

Other addresses landing in this mailbox. The answer to “why did I get this?”. Manage forwarding goes to the domain's forwarders.

Box / button	What it does
Send an automatic reply	On/off.
Subject	e.g. Out of the office.
Message	e.g. I am away until…
From · Until	Optional dates.
Save reply	Applies. Sent at most once a day to each sender.

Applied to mail as it arrives, in order. Add rule:

If the	Subject, From, To or Cc.
Matches	contains · is exactly · matches (with *).
This	The text, e.g. `invoice`.
Then	Move to folder · Forward it · Delete it · Keep in Inbox.
Folder or address	The folder, e.g. `Invoices`; or the address when forwarding. Outside the platform needs external forwarding.

Box / button	What it does
Signed in now	Live connections: protocol, from, process.
App passwords	Name, signs in as, last used. Only the owner creates them; you can revoke.

Delete mailbox. Address stops receiving; stored mail removed. Cannot be undone.
